Peeling

Acciai Speciali Zorzetto has 3 peeling plants.

The peeling process is a process for removal of material due to a particular turning "reverse" automatic rolls or bars state laminate in order to remove all surface imperfections that are created during all stages of the manufacture of hot 'steel (oxidation, decarburization surface porosity, surface discontinuities, etc..).

On the contrary the operation of drawing, not being a processing by plastic deformation, such a process creates the advantage of leaving unaltered the physical and mechanical properties of the metal used to the state laminate.
